Class Management
Prompt Window & Silent Screen:
According to the specific situation, teacher can send message or silent screen by full screen or active window to student(s) remotely, in order to remind the student(s) to listen carefully or prompt the next teaching step. The lasting time and content of the message can be reset.
Electronic Check in and Roll
Call:
The electronic
check in of students and electronic roll call of teacher can be done synchronously.
Class Management and Grouped Class Teaching:
including: add, change, and delete class in network; add, delete student’s computer; clear student’s computer which is not logged-on; set, modify or batch modify the class designation, IP address and name of student’s computer; simulate a topology diagram of student’s computer; view the attribute of student’s computer, connection state and current work mode; save, open and export the class model. After setting the class models, the Grouped Class Teaching can be achieved, different teachers teach in the same network segment. Students can select teacher freely according to course and class requirement. And teacher can also group students according to the specific situation in order to teach distinctively.
Alarm and Oral Warning:
Alarm when student’s computer is disconnected (turn-off, offline or other reason). Teacher could send the recorded warning contents to student(s) according to the real teaching situation.
Broadcast Teaching and Demonstration
Screen Broadcast and Audio Broadcast:It can send video and audio (screen and voice from microphone or other equipment such as tape, CD) to student’s computer from the teacher’s computer, and freely controls student’s computer(s)
to stop or start receiving the broadcast.
Student can choose the display modes
(scroll, full screen, window, place on top,
etc.) and follow the teacher’s operation.
Student Demonstration and Electronic Fescue:
Teacher can select one of the student’s
computers to demonstrate and send its screen and voice to other students. In the process of demonstration, talk between teacher and student is allowed, the teacher also can control the selected student’s computer and demonstrate to other students. When broadcasting and demonstrating, the teacher can use the electronic fescue to emphasize and comment on the screen. Through projector and digital pen, the teacher also can directly hand-write on the screen. The comment and hand-writing content can be saved in different file formats.
Whiteboard Demonstration and Electronic Courseware:
With this function, teacher can edit courseware independently. The teacher also can use projector, digital pen for courseware demonstration, such as drawing, writing, measuring, formula deducting, etc, and then broadcast the process to students.
Live Broadcast and Net Cinema:
Teacher can select one or more video files to play on the teacher’s computer, and broadcast the video to student’s computers at the same time. It supports various video formats. While playing the video, the teacher can perform various operations such as switch between full screen and window, fast forward, fast backward, drag, pause, stop, etc, the teacher also can drag the process bar, switch between loop play and play once, adjust the voice and equilibrium, control single, partial or all students' computers to stop or start receiving broadcast. In process of live broadcast and net movie, teacher can explain through microphone, and mix his own voice sound with movie, then broadcast to each student’s computer.
Screen Record and Playback:Teacher can record the operation and teaching and then save it as file of .WMA or .AVI format, and even convert it to .SWF and .EXE format so as to playback or review.
Hand-Raise and Competitive Answer
The student can use electronic hand-raise function during the teaching process, the teacher can respond in word or voice, and view, clear hand-raise. In broadcasting and demonstrating, the teacher can ask any logined students to speak, and all clients can receive the student’s speaking as well as the teacher’s broadcast. Teacher can design questions for competitive answer to test the student’s mastery of this class, thus increase students’ respond speed and make the class more interactive. Students can do competitive answer by electronic hand-raise.
Voice Repeat and Follow
It can achieve Voice Repeat on teacher’s computer, and Voice Follow read on student’s computer. The student can join the Net Voice Repeat and Follow in network, they also can export the teaching material to USB memory device for self-study at home. Net Voice Repeat program can be directly run in a stand-alone computer without installation.
Message and Voice Chat
Message:
Teacher and students can send message to each other for the purpose of appeal, report, communicate, help and tutorial. The message will be recorded on the teacher’s message box.
Voice Chat: Teacher can talk with any students in the group, and allow any two students in the same group to have a talk. And he can divide all students into one or more groups for topic discussing. Students outside the group will not be disturbed. Teacher can add new group, delete group or change voice chat target at any time.
Program and File Distribution:The teacher can install or uninstall the application, game and file, distribute file and directory to student’s computers simultaneously. It allows the teacher to send different file or directory together to a certain folder of any student’s computer(s).
Electronic Exam and Assignment:
Teacher can hold electronic exam in different subject: judgment, single option, multi-option, cloze, and ask & answer. The exam time can be set. The Electronic Exam can automatically collect the exam answer, record the exam hand-in time, and grade the exam and evaluate its effect. Student can also manual hand-in. Teacher can distribute the electronic assignment to students and the students can also send the assignment file or folder to directory which is appointed by the teacher.
Remote Operation and Monitor:
Teacher can remotely operate on hard disk, turn-off, re-start or turn-on (the LAN card and motherboard should support network wake-up) the computer. Teacher also can run screen monitor, voice monitor to the selected students’ computers. He can monitor up to 16 screens at the same time, manually or automatically in circle. Teacher can remote control the selected computer remotely, during which he can lock the student’s keyboard and mouse anytime.
Behavior Control:
On the selected student’s computer, teacher can lock the system (including forbid modifying system time and date, lock the registry, forbid taskbar manager, forbid dialog box, forbid command prompt, forbid standby and dormancy), hardware (including keyboard, mouse, hard disk partition, printer, etc), network (lock Internet, forbid modifying Internet properties, only allow visiting designated website, network address filtrate, only allow visiting designated FTP, forbid using FTP, forbid modifying my network palaces properties, forbid adding new share, delete network share, etc), and remotely run command (remotely run program or command), remote turn-off (remote turn-off program or video window program or process), only use daily application, etc. So as to ensure the normal running of Netclass Smart, and maintain the normal teaching order.
Event Record and Save:
In Teacher’s Message Box will display the function calls of the teacher’s computer, the login, exit and hand-raise of the students’ computer, etc. The content of the Teacher’s Message Box can be exported and saved as TXT file.
Resource and Log Query:
Teacher can remotely browse the students’ computer resources (information about hardware and software), computer turn-off and turn on log, file operation log, share visit log, program monitor log, and visit website monitor log, screen monitor log, user monitor log, and then generate report forms.
System and Remote Setup
System Setup: Including network setup, screen broadcast setup, silent screen setup, files submit setup, prompt sound setup, hotkey setup (including hotkey setup of lock, turn-off, re-start, log off, standby, dormancy), password setup and other setup. For example: in process of teaching, if the teacher must leave for a moment with no intention to let his computer used by others, he can set password and lock the system. Select “auto clear student hand-raise”, the teacher can automatically clear the student hand-raise mark.
Remote Setup: Including display setup, sound setup, control panel setup, network setup and advanced setup (include super password setup) of student’s computers.
Other Functions
Exit Program on Student’s Computer:
Teacher can press combination key and input
super password to exit program on student’s
computer.
Network Setup of Student’s Computer:
Press combination key and input
administrator password on student's computer, or directly operate on teacher’s computer, the teacher can set the class attributes of student’s computer, so the classes on the same network segment will not disturb each other, and can have lessons at the same time.
Auto Login and Receiving: Once the student’s computer logins the system, the software will automatically run and login the teacher’s computer. At the same time, it will automatically check whether the teacher’s computer has any operation on process (such as screen broadcast, net cinema, screen monitor, screen playback, students demonstrate, file distribute, silent screen, etc). If so, the student’s computer will automatically receive the operation and lock the keyboard and mouse.
Prevent Student’s Computer from Uninstall, Delete, and Crack:
Super password is needed when uninstall the software on student’s computer. The software can work on the safe mode of the operation system. When running, it can prevent being deleted or terminated in registry or task manager. The installed directory, file, and program will be hided, and also features with anti-install, anti-delete, anti-modify, etc.
