Quality target:

Comply with GB9813, GB4943 and GB9254 standards, FCC, CE standards;
First time yield ≥ 98%; Fraction defective <=1‰;
Product defective rate 1 year after sales ≤3‰;
Solving rate of customer complains=100%;
Customers satisfy rate of our product ≥ 90%;
Customers satisfy rate of our service ≥ 85%;
The ultimate goal of Returnstar is to achieve zero defective product.

Measure and test:

Any product must be measured and tested through the following six steps:

1.Software code testing
2.Raw materials testing
3.Production process testing (COB, SMT, DIP weld and package testing)
4.Finished product testing
5.Aging testing
6.Out-store sampling
