The main part of our products can be replaced within one year, and can be repaired for free within the next two years. In case defect occurs under the normal usage, we will provide free repair during the warranty period, otherwise we will charge accordingly. If the product is beyond remedy or out of manufacture, normally we provide similar product for replacement, and charge the price difference. Any part needing repair can be sent to our company directly with delivery fee prepaid. Repair will be done within 7 working days after receiving; customer (no charge for dealer) should bear the return delivery fee. The accessories of our product have 1 year warranty.

This warranty does not cover products damaged by following causes:

1.Products component, connecting & plugging-in part missing; distortion, break and other physics damage in PCB.
2. Scratch, corruption, rust, or serious stain in PCB.
3. Unauthorized modification or replacement of product component or ROM.
4.Improper usage which is not stipulated in users manual.
5. Wearing out and damage in appearance.

Hardware charged update: We charge updating service for hardware. All hardware needing update can be directly sent to our company with the delivery fee prepaid; our company will finish the update and bear the delivery fee when returning the hardware.

Pirate product or product in other brand are not included in our warranty and update service.

All accessories such as CD, package are not included in our warranty and update service.

Other special stipulations.

We offer permanent free update for software in the same model. But in case the hardware has been updated, free update of its software is not provided.
